1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Masis Cinar Electrician Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Masis Cinar Electrician Services provides professional electrical services including but not limited to:
- Residential and commercial electrical work
- Lighting design and installation
- Home security system installation
- Audio/visual and computer network installation
- Electric vehicle charging station installation
- Heating and furnace system services
- Emergency electrical services
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are good faith approximations based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions encountered during the work. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs and arrive within the agreed-upon time window. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Emergency services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties on our services as discussed at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials are separate and are provided according to each manufacturer's terms. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications.
6. Loyalty Program
Our Loyalty Program membership is offered at $189.99 per year and includes benefits such as free annual electrical/fire inspections, 24/7 emergency service priority, and priority scheduling. Membership is non-refundable once services have been rendered. Program benefits are subject to change with notice to members.
7. Licensing and Insurance
Masis Cinar Electrician Services is fully licensed and insured to perform electrical work in the state of Massachusetts. We comply with all local building codes and regulations. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the work needed
- Ensuring safe access to work areas
- Disclosing known electrical issues or hazards
- Timely payment for services rendered
- Obtaining necessary permits when required
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masis Cinar Electrician Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Massachusetts state law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
